Executive Coaching

Recognising the different realms in which leaders work, our executive coaching focuses on four areas:

*Transition moments – preparing or taking on a leadership level progression

*Group coaching – taking a team through a shift in thinking, behaviour and capability

*Next generation leadership development – structured and blended learning to help prepare talented IT professionals for management

*Developing internal work-based coaching capabilities – this can include accreditation within the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM)

We can offer you a unique combination of IT, business and behavioural knowledge and expertise. And all our accredited coaches have genuine, hands-on experience in business, consulting and technology.
