Head of Data & Analytics – West London / Middlesex - circ £85,000 - £95,000 + benefits
This Head of Data & Analytics position will excite experienced data professionals looking for an opportunity to deliver on a strategy that will completely transform the data infrastructure and data insight capability within a complex global business environment. This is an opportunity to lead a small but growing team that includes Data Engineering and Data Science resource to transform data into real world actionable insight. Our client is a well-established and successful engineering / manufacturing company that’s expanded at pace in the UK and globally. They’re awash with data from multiple sources including production / manufacturing robots, supply chain, consumers and dealers. The collected data will be used to provide insight for multiple finance, commercial, design, engineering and quality teams across the business. Moving from their existing on-prem databases to the Azure Cloud is a complex programme that will require the post-holder to have a deep understanding of cloud architecture and database management. Experience and strong knowledge of Azure Cloud architecture and Azure Databricks would be highly beneficial. As well as requiring strong technical leadership capability, you will also need to be highly credible managing stakeholder relationships in what is a complex business environment. The reward for doing so will provide the Head of Data & Analytics with the opportunity and freedom to own the space and influence what and how things are done. Key Responsibilities and experience required;
Technical Skills / Knowledge:
This is a hybrid role based in West London (near Northolt, Perivale, Greenford etc) with the flexibility to work from home 2-4 days per week. Salary will be in the region of £85,000 - £95,000 + Bonus and Share Options. |
