DESKTOP SUPPORT ANALYST ( 1st / 2nd line ) up to £34k plus benefits Location : Esher, Cheltenham, Newmarket, Aintree
1st / 2nd line Desktop Support Analyst / EUC Support Analyst / End User Computing Support Analyst / IT Support Analyst – is required on a permanent basis for our client . The role can be based in one of several locations and will still include some remote working. Cheltenham Gloucestershire. The role can be based in or around, Esher, Surrey, Cheltenham, Aintree or Newmarket. This role will be responsible for providing first and second line support and contribute to the overall management of the IS function.
Main responsibilities :
- To deliver a high-quality helpdesk service per an agreed rota (including some weekend support), providing first and second line support to all staff with computer equipment, ensuring that any issues are logged, prioritised and resolved within the Service Level Agreement.
It is likely that the successful applicants will have upwards of 12 months years experience in a 1st / 2nd line IT Support role and technical experience should include :
- Active Directory management
- Group Policy Management
- Exchange Online & On Prem
- M365 including SharePoint, Teams & OneDrive
- Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
- General Desktop support and troubleshooting
- Automating PC builds and the creation of images
