French Speaking Customer Support Consultant is required on a permanent basis for our Oxfordshire based client. The Customer Support Team is an invaluable first point of contact for all customers that need help whilst using various product platforms. The team effectively monitor and respond to customer questions and issues using an in-house Incident Management tool (Freshdesk). Through this tool the Support Consultants provide telephone, email and chat support, advice, troubleshooting and guidance to customers in need. It is essential that first time fix remains high, and where appropriate engaging with other internal support functions to deliver the Customer Service Level Agreements and timely fixes required.
We are looking for a French speaking consultant to assist the existing team, German speakers would also be of interest. We are looking for enthusiasm, professionalism and tenacity and the ability to put customers first at all times. You must be able to demonstrate a strong customer focus in your experience to date and ideally you will have skills in handling calls, emails and other points of contact. PC skills are essential as you will be working across a variety of systems. It is likely that these roles will command a salary of £25k - £27k but there may be flexibility for candidates demonstrating software support experience. Full product training will be provided for French Speaking applicants with solid customer service experience.
