Senior Support Engineer ( Senior Support Analyst / Senior Service Desk Analyst ) with excellent 1st and 2nd line Windows / Office 365 support skills required for our Client based in the City of London.
Our Client is looking for an outstanding senior support engineer who has a passion for hands-on problem solving and connecting / reconnecting users with the tools and applications they need to be effective.
The role is about providing a great user experience. It’s about creative thinking, doing, and sharing knowledge.
It’s about continuous improvement, and it’s also about leading by example. Its about creating an atmosphere where people are always impressed by the service they receive!

In addition, it would be useful if you have any experience with Skype for Business Cloud PBX, conferencing, Microsoft Intune, Polycom IP phones, Azure, Service Desk software ( Fresh Service ) however training will be encouraged to extend your knowledge across all of the latest tools and technologies being adopted.
In return for your experience you can expect a salary up to £40,000 + an excellent package that will include a very attractive bonus and pension.
