They are looking for a Support Analyst with exemplary customer service skills and a positive can do attitude who is happy to go “the extra mile”.
To be considered for the role we would expect you to be able to clearly demonstrate at least 2 years’ 1st & 2nd line support experience working in an IT Support or Service Desk or Desktop Support role with specific skills in much if not all of the following:
