Salesforce Administrator - West London / Hybrid Working

Circ £40,000 - £50,000 + Bens
 
Salesforce Administrator required for this fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal part in helping our client expand their Salesforce Cloud CRM environment. The newly appointed postholder will join a small team as they enter the next phase of their Salesforce Service Cloud implementation journey and upgrades to their Consumer Goods Cloud platform. The role will provide a wide mix of BAU Support & Administration responsibilities as well as plenty of project related work. Based in West London, our client can offer hybrid working with expectations being that you’re on site 2 or 3 days per week.

 

The key responsibilities for the role include;

 

  • Play a key role in the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Assist in the installation of appropriate apps from the Salesforce AppExchange
  • Testing new functionality within, and integrated to, Salesforce and Quality assurance on any functional changes introduced in the Salesforce platform 
  • Assist in training of staff in use of Salesforce
  • Provide go-live support to users at go-live of the Salesforce Service Cloud platform
  • Document customisations and changes made in Salesforce
  • To serve as the primary system administrator for Salesforce Cloud environments
  • Support of Salesforce Cloud platforms in BAU acting as 1st and, at times, 2nd line support

 

To be considered for the role you’ll need previous experience working with the Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud and ideally Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. The client is flexible on the level of skills and experience required, however we would expect most of the following;

  • Previous Salesforce Administration experience
  • Previous Salesforce implementation experience
  • Able to handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields as well as key business automation to improve process and save time
  • Able to automate processes using core Salesforce tools such as flows, approval processes and validation rules
  • Experience of testing new functionality
  • An ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ideally Salesforce Administrator certifications
  • Salesforce implementation projects and Salesforce business support experience
