C £40k - £50k plus benefits

Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Report Developer ( MS Power BI / Tableau ) – is required by our client, a global leader in their field ( FMCG / Supply Chain ). Through expansion an additional resource is required to join the Global Data and Analytics Center of Excellence team. The role will be based in the UK at the HQ in Hemel Hempstead, but flexible working is encouraged, so this role will not be required to be present in the office on a daily basis.

This role will support initiatives directly with Key external customers globally, to understand their Data and Reporting needs and to offer business intelligence solutions to optimise the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver business value through the development of global analytics solutions using modern Business Intelligence tools and techniques. 
• Employ, demonstrate and advocate analytics best practices in the areas of data modeling, data wrangling, data visualization and data storytelling.
• Understand and prioritize business requirements while managing the expectations of stakeholders. 
• Anticipate and identify future demand from users/customers, provide input to and document analytics requirements and/or report specifications and align priorities to achieve goals.

It is likely that the successful applicant will have worked successfully in both Customer and Business facing roles gathering business requirements and translating those into report specifications. They will also be able to demonstrate commercial application of BI tools to include MS Power BI and Tableau.

This is a brand new role due to expansion, which this organisation has been able to maintain throughout the last 12 months.
