IT Support Analyst 1st and 2nd Line Support
IT Support Analyst ( 1st and 2nd Line Support Analyst ) - Central London – Long Term Contract – Circa £150-£160 per day
IT Support Analyst ( 1st and 2nd Line Support ), required for an initial 6 month contract but with the potential to go on for longer, based in Central London.
We are looking for a broad technical skill set along with exemplary customer service skills. You will be offering both deskside and remote support and will be experienced in dealing with users in a friendly, proactive manner. You will be offering 1st and 2nd line support and liaising with external suppliers so excellent written and spoken communication skill is a must.
You will be experienced in supporting primarily Windows 7 desktops with Office 2016 and Office 365 (desired) as well as some critical Apple Mac devices.
Their Managed Networking consists of corporate standard Cisco networking equipment (Switch/Router/Firewall) with Microsoft Server & Active Directory environment but would require competent troubleshooting and co-ordination of changes onsite and with global team and local vendors as required.
You should have proficiency in supporting wireless networks, currently Aruba, and Telephony solutions for desk and conference rooms, currently Cisco platform.
Experience in deploying and supporting AV solutions (for example Chromecast & iBoardTouch) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, WebEx and Skype for Business.
You will be professional, proactive and used to working to SLAs
