IT Service Desk Analyst
IT Service Desk Analyst - London - 6 month contract - c£200 - £240 per day
IT Service Desk Analyst with proven experience in delivering processes that lead to a more streamlined and efficient environment required for this 6 month contract assignment in Chiswick, West London. The IT Service Desk Analyst will be joining a team responsible for supporting over 900 users across multiple sites. The team maintain, administer and support a wide range of technologies that go to make up the clients desktop environment and infrastructure. In addition to bringing some process improvement capability to the team this is still a hands on role requiring predominantly 2nd line support.
To be considered for this opportunity you will need previous experience providing general desktop, software, hardware, infrastructure support etc. We would expect suitable candidates to have experience with most of the following technology; Windows Operating Systems 7, 8, 10, MS Office 2010, Office 365, Active Directory, MS Exchange and Citrix Xenapp. You will also require previous experience creating and implementing new processes to improve the efficiency of an IT Service Desk / Helpdesk department.
