Our Client, based in Esher, Surrey ( near Chessington, Kingston, Epsom, Cobham, Leatherhead, Surbiton ), is offering a fantastic opportunity for IS Support Analysts to join their brand new support team that, at full strength, will comprise 4/5 people providing end to end support for Desktop, Telecommunications and some Server etc. servicing 450 internal customers across 22 sites.
They are looking for support analysts, with exemplary customer service skills - people who are happy to go the extra mile in pursuit of excellence delivering a real end to end service - service that will be delivered both over the phone and desk side, with occasional site visits.
To be considered for these roles we would expect you to be able to clearly demonstrate at least 2 years experience working in a mixed Service Desk 1st/2nd Line Desktop Support role with specific skills in much if not all of the following:
Microsoft Operating Systems - Windows 7,8,10
Active Director ( AD )
IP Telephony and mobile
PC & Laptop builds
Outlook / Exchange
Core working hours will be set up on a shift pattern to cover business hours (8-6). In addition you may be called upon as part of an on call rota and you will also occasionally be invited to attend special events that could involve some evening / weekend presence. Realistically you will have to be a car owner/driver to cover those occasions and site visits.
In return for your experience and your drive to continue with your career development, you can expect a salary in the region of £25,000 to £28,000 + excellent benefits.
